Kara James is a systems strategist, nonprofit founder, and the visionary behind Radical Freedom Dreamers and DreamSuite. With a foundation in corporate risk and operational strategy, she transitioned into the nonprofit sector to co-found an organization serving young women with stories like her own. That experience of carrying an entire mission on her shoulders led her to develop the F.R.E.E. Method™, a transformative framework that helps nonprofit leaders reclaim their time, re-align with their vision, and lead without burnout.
Through Radical Freedom Dreamers and DreamSuite, Kara partners with mission-driven organizations to build automation systems that do the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Her approach is both strategic and deeply human, focused not just on streamlining tasks but on restoring clarity, rest, and sustainability to leaders building real change. Kara believes ease and impact can coexist and she’s here to help changemakers build from that truth.

Misty Angelique is a business and digital strategist specializing in backend systems that transform vision into sustainable infrastructure. With a background in brand development, systems design, and wellness-rooted leadership, she helps purpose-driven leaders build aligned, automation-powered ecosystems that support growth without burnout.
After experiencing the cost of operating without systems during her own health crisis, Misty turned that moment into a mission: to help organizations build infrastructure that sustains impact even in their absence. As founder of The AB Way™ and co-creator of DreamSuite, she combines intuitive clarity with technical strategy to ensure every system reflects the heart of the mission while protecting the leaders behind it.
